Refund policy

Magazines

Magazine returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The magazine must be in its original condition, without damage or alterations caused after delivery. Email 420@hightimes.com with your order number to arrange a return. If your magazine arrived damaged or incorrect, include photos so we can help.

Apparel

Our apparel is made to order. Eligible return or refund requests may be submitted within 180 days of delivery. Correctly produced items are not returnable simply because you no longer want them.

For misprints, defects, damage, or fulfillment errors, contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, photos, and a description. Report a missing package within 7 days after its estimated delivery date.

Except for defective or incorrectly produced items, returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Customers pay apparel return postage.

Return Instructions and Refunds

Contact 420@hightimes.com before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions after approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Apparel Cancellations

Contact us immediately. Full cancellation refunds are available only while the fulfillment order remains in review; they are not guaranteed once production starts.
