What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75 USD. In-stock products will ship within 3 business days and will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, you will have the option to upgrade to express delivery when you place your order. There may be shipping delays during the holidays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
When you place your order, you will have the option to upgrade to Express delivery. Cost will be determined by your order and location. All orders not upgraded will be delivered with ground shipping.
Where do you ship?
All High Times products are currently sold and shipped to all 50 states in the USA. We do not currently offer international delivery, but are working to expand our delivery options in the future.
Do you ship to Canada?
We currently only ship to the United States, but are working to expand our offering internationally.
Can I track my shipment?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed with an email when your order ships. Within the email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment on its way to you.

Do you charge sales tax in all states?
We charge sales tax in a number of states in accordance with local laws. The tax rate and laws vary depending on the state we ship to. The following states will be charged with tax when placing an order with High Times: CA, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
What is your return policy?
High Times will accept returns on any unused, unopened product within 30 days of ordering. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll email you a RMA form for your package. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our warehouse. Once the return is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment and notify you via email.
Do you offer exchanges?
The best way to make an exchange for your High Times product is to return your order and place a new one. If you require assistance making your exchange, email us at email@example.com.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
If you’ve placed an order and would like to make changes to the items you’ve selected or your shipping address, email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make modifications, but if it’s already on its way to you, please see our return and exchange policy for details.
Can I return a product if I’ve already used it?
If you’ve ordered apparel or accessories from High Times, they must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. If you’ve ordered our CBD products and are for any reason unsatisfied, please contact our team at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund when we can.
What if I have a question about my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
High Times currently accepts all major credit and debit cards for orders placed on our website. We do not offer PayPal, Venmo or other electronic payment methods at this time. shippi
